Is it wrong to love a bucket hoe

or back hoe or green machine? This little baby arrived the other day and I was smitten! OH the possibilities that this little gem brings with him. He is here to dig out the dirt around the foundation so we can begin to waterproof it, then we can start to finish off the basement, then we can unpack the pod, then I can start to move all the boxes from my craft room and so on and so on and so on.
So yes i can love this little green machine and I do!
Maybe I can also use him to dig a few flower beds so I can start to plant all the plants I moved from the last house. They are wilting a little from all these 100 degree days. I have peonies that I have moved at least 10 times and a huge load of plants from a dear friend that need a little love too.
On another note, I love our neighbors - we have moved onto Mulberry St -yummy breads have been delivered, the joggers stop to tell me they love the work we're doing and everyone comes to chat every time we're outside at the same time. It is such a community and a wonderful thing to be a part of. Bungalow 21 might just be a permanent move!!
